Pittsburgh, PA, USA(January 15, 2008) - Pittsburgh Technology Licensing Corp., an affiliate of WeatherWise USA, Inc.®, announces the filing of a US provisional Patent application for SetYourBill^SM, an advanced budget billing system and associated technology designed to give consumers more control over their budget bills.

SetYourBill^SM is applicable to any continuous payment stream business such as energy, water, waste water, telecommunications and cable TV industries. This product, customized to the service providers' specifications, provides options on payment timing, payment amounts, allocation of true-ups and method of calculations of the bill. "SetYourBill^SM was created for customers who like the convenience of budget billing, but want more flexibility in payment choices.
