WeatherWise USA Completes Corporate Restructuring
Restructuring
Pittsburgh, PA, USA (May 2007) - WeatherWise Holdings, Inc.®, announces the completion
of the corporate restructuring of WeatherWise USA, Inc.® into three companies; the parent company - WeatherWise Holdings,
Inc., and two subsidiaries - WeatherWise USA, Inc.® and Pittsburgh Technology Licensing Corp.
WeatherWise USA, Inc.®, will continue to offer support services to utilities. Pittsburgh Technology
Licensing Corp. will allow companies the opportunity to license the technologies previously held exclusive for internal use
by WeatherWise USA.
